Mashable is seeking a New York-based client services coordinator who has a solid understanding of digital display media. The client services coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all post-sale communications and deliverables between internal and external teams. This role reports to the Director of Ad Operations.

Responsibilities:

Responding to client requests and queries in a timely and courteous fashion

Interfacing with multiple internal departments to coordinate custom campaign executions, inputting key billing requirements, communicating campaign results, problem solving as needed

Communicating ad specs and creative lead times to advertisers and agencies

Monitoring ongoing campaigns to ensure delivery

Maintaining online databases tracking client support and contacts
Job Qualifications:
-
2+ years working at a top tier publisher/agency
-
BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
-
Strong familiarity with rich media, tags, third party reporting

Proficiency in DFP, DSM, iDesk, Atlas, Mediavisor, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to take ownership of orders to ensure that clients’ expectations are met

Works well in collaborative team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working in fast-paced environments with regularly shifting priorities

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
